There are good news for travelers who would like to visit Ethiopia. Beside the occasional technical problems with the issuance of E-Visas faced in the past (which have been solved and E-Visas are issued regularly now), the entry restrictions regarding Covid-19 have been reviewed by the Ethiopian Government and for fully vaccinated travelers no negative PCR test is required anymore.

RIDE THE RIFT is a collaboration of four tour operators who have unique outdoor adventure experience in Ethiopia. Our aim is to introduce new destinations to travellers in Ethiopia and offer opportunities to experience the beauty of these places while participating in cycling, running and hiking activities. Over the last 12 months we have staged different charity events and spectacular tours for local residents and are now expanding our tours with tours tailor-made for international tourists.
SimienEcoTours is a proud member of this initiative and happy to present some of the upcoming adventure tour offers.
