Addis Ababa City Tour by Bike
If you prefer exploring the capital city Addis Ababa by bike instead of a standard city tour, then this is the right pick for you. You'll see the new riverside project, the national museum, a traditional coffee ceremony, and other landmarks in the city.
The route mainly follows some rivers and the new river side project of Addis Ababa, along bike lanes, promenades, playgrounds and green parks. But we also cycle into the center through quiet, small and neat neighbourhoods, all the way towards the national museum. A break of about 1 hour allows us to visit the museum where world-known fossil Lucy is found (entrance and guiding is included). After a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony we cycle again alongside newly built parks. Depending on the timing we might stop for lunch (not included) and through dedicated bike lanes we cycle back to the Kebena lake and out starting point.
There is the option to upgrade from a Scott hardtail bike (Scale 980, 935 or 50) to a quality Scott E-MTB (extra charge of 40 Euro).
